18th century, ruinous Grade A Listed Building.The project was a partially drystone, cruck frame and thatched ruinous building located in the hills in the middle of the Grampian Highlands where we overcame the problems with access to the site and the severe winter weather. The work consisted of dealing with collapsed masonry walls, making a new stainless steel and timber roof, repairs to a heather thatch roof and repairs to an old hanging lum.
