Isolated ruined castle. Repair and consolidation work including capping of wall heads, full repointing and removal of loose masonry. Stainless steel ties used to hold solid stone to masonry core and in areas where cracks were present between walls. All vegetation removed and loose stones rebedded onto new mortar. Installation by helicopter of stainless-steel steps, staircase and viewing platform.
